The Objective
Complete software development lifecycle of a secure web facing end user Microsoft
Silverlight Rich Internet Application. This project included complete back office
integration with partner systems. In addition, the project includes sales force
automation, partner on-boarding, inventory management and product support all delivered
with Dynamics xRM capability, extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to be their core
business system.

The Objective<
QuikEyes is an Ocular Medical Records application used by optometry offices across
the country. Tricension has been engaged to migrate the application from a “Thick
Client” PC application to a web-based “Thin Client” Software as a Service product.
The application has been completely re-architected in Microsoft Silverlight 3.0
with upgraded visuals and extended capabilities. Tricension is supporting more than
20 eye clinics nationally and preparing for the general release product launch.

The Objective
Make The Difference Network is the social cause network started by actress Jessica
Biel and her family, and supported by celebrities such as Larry King, Cindy Crawford
and Justin Timberlake. Tricension became the technology partner of www.MTDN.com
in September 2008, and since has delivered four major releases. These include a
release with integrated video throughout the platform, web services integration
with VideoBloom.com, as well as sponsorship management and donation results reporting
capabilities.

The Objective
Analyze and automate a labor intensive and paper-supported business process for
the firm’s largest client. The need was to deliver the project prior to peak season
activity, and automate order and invoice processing to avoid any customer order-fulfillment
backlog and client invoicing delay. In addition, Mid-American Merchandising wanted
to avoid the addition of costly temporary staff.

The Objective
Architect and develop the Web site and business systems, replacing dependencies
on developers with the ability to completely control Web site content, look and
feel, products and support information. The solutions leveraged the xRM capabilities
of Dynamics CRM as the application development platform.
