Dynamics CRM stopped working with Outlook

Recently we have had a handful of clients report when they use the CRM for Outlook client it is not working. It shows connected but data not showing up. I called tricension for a small app idea that I had in mind.. WOW!!!! they were super efficient in returning my call. I spoke with Mike Lammers. he was soo knowledgeable and helpful, he understood immediately what I was looking for, he did not oversell me a load of goods that would not be beneficial. He gave me pricing options that were in my budget and he took the initiative to research a web address... and to see if there were any other businesses like the one I pitched to him.. I was very impressed.

Having worked with CEO Mike Lammers and many of the Tricension associates, I know the amazing talent that this organization holds. The LAUGHH Foundation - Tricension Partnership has delivered over $100,000 of funds that are 100% used to provide medications, medical devices and life-changing motivational education to the poorest of the poor around Bucaramanga, Colombia, treating more than 1500 patients each year. We contracted with Tricension to take on something of a unique challenge with our firm; importing data from a variety of database types into our format. We gave Tricension some basic information on the process that we were using within our company and no documentation on the database itself. They have done an excellent job of familiarizing themselves with our database and other database types, creating their own processes to more efficiently import the data, and working with customers to keep them updated on progress.They have an excellent approach to project management and have done a great job of keeping our customers updated on progress. Our business fluctuates quite a bit seasonally, and they have done a great job adding staff to the projects during busy times and dialing back during slow periods. Although the cost per hour is higher for their service, we save money and provide better service by utilizing Tricension due to their staffing flexibility.
