Advent is preparing for the next round of growth leveraging Silverlight applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration. The robust workflow engines in Dynamics CRM 4.0 are employed to address capacity needs and remove manual operational processes.
- The QuikEyes Online product is saving an estimated 4 to 5 hours of labor per week per eye care practice through the generation of the HCFA insurance claim form.
- QuikEyes Online client on-boarding process is now automated using CRM workflow. With this process automation, service subscription to first productive use occurs in a little over an hour.
- At a regional Bank and Trust, our Business Process Improvement and CRM practices implemented numerous target state process flows for common processes, across dozens of branches in two states.
