Advent Financial Services – www.Advent-Financial.com – offering tailored and constructive financial services products to address the needs of low- and moderate-income working families – the enterprise architecture team delivered a web facing solution using SilverLight 2.0. Embrace Pet Insurance – www.EmbracePetInsurance.com – the application architecture team completed projects extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to support improved policy rating, product web site integration and the launch of a new product. QuikEyes – www.QuikEyes.com – an ocular electronic medical records solution – the application architecture team is nearing completion of a project to re-architect and re-engineer the product. Legacy QuikEyes 2007 product is an on premise, Windows Client Server application. The Tricension solution has delivered the 2009 release with enhanced capabilities and access via Software as a Service (SaaS). Alpha implementation will begin this month. BPI – Our Business Process Improvement practice has been busy engaged in Lean and Six Sigma projects in both the financial services and healthcare industries. Technologies leveraged in this work include Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, XAML, Microsoft Expression Blend & Silverlight, GaleForce Financial Services vertical CRM extension, Demobuilder as well as C# .NET development on the .Net framework. Tricension is a business process improvement and software development consulting firm specializing in Microsoft technologies (Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, SQL Reporting Services and custom .NET development).

We contracted with Tricension to take on something of a unique challenge with our firm; importing data from a variety of database types into our format. We gave Tricension some basic information on the process that we were using within our company and no documentation on the database itself. They have done an excellent job of familiarizing themselves with our database and other database types, creating their own processes to more efficiently import the data, and working with customers to keep them updated on progress.They have an excellent approach to project management and have done a great job of keeping our customers updated on progress. Our business fluctuates quite a bit seasonally, and they have done a great job adding staff to the projects during busy times and dialing back during slow periods. Although the cost per hour is higher for their service, we save money and provide better service by utilizing Tricension due to their staffing flexibility.
