Werqx

Beta

A human resource management system built to track attendance, manage project allocations, and help organizations understand how employees and contractors spend their time, across billable and non-billable work.

Built by P.Lab

Workforce Intelligence for Modern Teams

Werqx is a purpose-built workforce management tool developed inside P.Lab to give organizations complete visibility into their teams. Designed for distributed teams, agencies, development shops, and service-based organizations, Werqx centralizes attendance tracking, time allocation, and project-level resource management.

Unlike traditional HR tools focused on payroll or basic punch-in systems, Werqx is engineered to help businesses understand performance, optimize staffing, and ensure projects remain profitable and properly resourced.

Why It Matters

Running complex teams, especially hybrid or multi-location ones, requires clarity. Werqx replaces spreadsheets, manual logs, and scattered tools with a single source of truth for workforce insights.
