AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement entered into by and between Tricension, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri with its principal place of business at 1251 NW Briarcliff Parkway, Suite 295, Kansas City, Missouri 64116, USA (“Tricension,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “User”), regarding your access to and use of Tricension’s publicly available website and any related webpages, content, and materials accessible via www.tricension.com (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Tricension reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. The Website and all information presented therein are intended solely for informational purposes and do not constitute a service agreement, proposal, offer, legal advice, commercial representation, or professional guidance of any kind.

WEBSITE PURPOSE AND RELATIONSHIP TO TRICENSION’S SERVICES

Tricension’s Website is provided free of charge and is intended to offer general information regarding Tricension’s corporate profile, capabilities, industries served, and areas of professional focus, including but not limited to application engineering, cloud architecture, technology implementation, and managed services.

IMPORTANT:
Nothing on this Website:
  • Creates a contractual obligation for Tricension to provide services;
  • Modifies any existing client agreement (MSA, SOW, Service Order, etc.)
  • Constitutes an offer or acceptance capable of forming a binding contract;
  • Establishes a client–service provider relationship; or
  • Provides any guarantees of availability, service levels, performance, or deliverables.

All Tricension professional services, including application engineering and related projects, are governed exclusively by the specific written and executed contract between Tricension and each relevant client.

ELIGIBILITY

The Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old;
  1. You possess legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  1. You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

SEVERABILITY

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tricension regarding Website use and supersede all prior understandings relating to the Website.
