Tricension has always been more than a name. For years, the team behind it has worked alongside a contact center platform practice, sharing clients and building toward the same outcomes. One Primero is what that partnership becomes now that it has a name of its own.

Three areas of work, one team: enterprise technology delivery including custom development, application modernization, and integration, CX platform implementation and support across NiCE CXone, Salesforce, Zoom, Five9, and Genesys, and managed services after go live.

What happened to Tricension?

Tricension has become part of One Primero — a consolidated operating brand that brings together Tricension's technology delivery capability and Condado's contact center expertise under a single name. The team, the work, and the client relationships are the same. The name has changed.

Where is the Tricension website?

The Tricension website is still here for now. It will remain live during the transition period and redirect visitors to oneprimero.com, where you will find the same team, the same capabilities, and everything you’re looking for. The Tricension site will be discontinued once the transition is complete.

What if I have an existing engagement or project with Tricension?

Nothing about your engagement has changed. Your account team, contracts, and escalation paths are the same. If you need to reach someone specific, contact your existing account lead directly or write to hello@oneprimero.com.

Has ownership changed?

No. One Primero is a brand of Primero Group, the same holding company that has owned Tricension throughout. There has been no change in ownership, investment structure, or control.

Has my contract or SLA changed?

No. All existing contracts and service level agreements remain fully in force. No action is required from you.

Does the rebrand affect Tricension's technical certifications?

No. Certifications and partner designations are held by our operating entities, which remain unchanged. The brand name changes; the underlying compliance and technical posture does not.

Who do I contact?

What about the Tricension LinkedIn page?

The Tricension LinkedIn company page will remain visible during the transition period. Follow One Primero on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/company/oneprimero to stay up to date. The Tricension page will be discontinued once the transition is complete.
